Just thought I would share this beautiful church in central Denmark. This is Hvirring Kirke in Skanderborg County. I’ve done a lot of research here. I have a lot of my mom’s family that comes from this area. This is one of those places that I feel really connected to. There are a handful of churches in Scandinavia where I’ve stood and felt like my bones recognize the place. What are some of the places where you feel this type of connection?
